More About Me...
Introducing Akira, a very affectionate girl looking for a new home through no fault of her own. Akira is sweet and gentle through and through and is completely loyal and dedicated to her owners, following them around the home and responding to their calls and requests. She is aloof around strangers in typical akita fashion to start with but once she has got to know you it is all cuddles and kisses and she will even mischievously try and sneak in extra cuddles when your not expecting it. She just loves to cuddle! In her new home, her new owners will need to help her build on her confidence of the outside world, she has nothing but trust for her owners but does get nervous over certain situations and just needs someone to show her what to do by giving her a confidence boost and using positive training methods. Akira already knows a few basic commands and being very responsive and clever we are sure she will easily continue her training. Her new owner may find the use of a for walks a useful aid as she does tend to get quite excitable when out walking. Akira could potentially live with a laid back male companion pending successful introductions. As she has never lived with children she would not be suitable to be placed in a home with young children. If this soft, loving and devoted girl is the one for you please get in touch!
