More About Me...
Tia was very nervous and scared of men when she came into our care, she was also very dirty in her pen and manic on a lead. She is approximately 5 years old and is finally beginning to mature. It has taken a long time and a lot of encouragement to be clean in her pen. She is now good on a lead and does get on well with the men she knows at the Trust. She tends to stalk other dogs but isn't aggressive. She can be a bit OCD in her behaviour as a very set routine will become an obsessive habit if not careful. She needs a calm experienced home with no children, we have no evidence that she wouldn't get on with children but to begin with her home must be calm. She would be better as an only dog but she does get on with dogs so a calm older dog could fine. Tia is a lovely girl and has so much to give but she does need to be with someone who has a lot of patience and will be able to spend a lot of time with her.
Adoption & Contact Info...

Our dogs go out on adoption for a donation, which can vary according to the dog's age and any expenditure on it e.g. neutering, vaccination etc. After you take your dog home, we will be in touch during the first three months to make sure everything is well and to give any help or advice if you need it. After that you will receive an annual 'all's well' call from one our trainers. Our older dogs are not for adoption but we do try to encourage people to give them a foster home. Most of them are peaceful old ladies and gentlemen and although sometimes they are better staying in the Trust's care there are some dogs that would really benefit from being in a home where they can get more personal attention. We have different terms for our older dogs as all age related vet bills well be attended to by the Trust. For more information about fostering and rehoming or about the dogs in our care contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
