More About Me...
BARNEY BISCUIT - SPECIAL APPEAL FOR A CROSS BREED STAFFY LONG STANDING MEMBER OF THE "LONELY HEARTS CLUB" Hi my name is Barney and I came into my rescue care as a stray dog. I am a very special appeal as I have waited over a year to find a home. I am very loving and adore a fuss and of course a biscuit. I share my kennel with a confident female dog and I love having a fuss. I adore my marathon walks and I love my treats, hence my name Barney Biscuit. I am a strong natured dog but loving and friendly and very handsome and I am fine with the dogs I know and with careful introductions I am happy to meet less dominant dogs. My friends at my kennels love me and I have marathon walks so I will make an active person a perfect dog. I am approx 4 years and would suit an experienced home that can keep me in line as I can be confident if I wish. I would benefit with a home who can offer boundaries and are Staffy Savvy too. I've lots of love and loyalty to offer my new adopter but sadly I seem to get overlooked despite being such a friendly boy. THE HOME I NEED The home I need will need to be a Staffy experienced home as I can be selective sometimes with some dogs when I choose. I am happy with the dogs I know and could probably live with a nice natured female dog who is confident. I need an active home that can offer me plenty of long walks as I love them. A home with company would be great as I have spent far too long in kennels without my special someone. I can't be rehomed with young children as I am a larger cross breed Stafford and would easily knock over the little people. Although my kennels love me and take me on some very long country walks every day I need to be in a home and settled. I have waited a very long time and deserve to be someones new best pal. If you would love to meet me please click on adopt me and email my friends with any information about yourself and your interest in Barney. Am I the dog for you?
Adoption & Contact Info...

Good life Dog Rescue is a small rescue dedicated to helping abandoned and unwanted dogs facing an uncertain future at Stray Kennels.  We are committed to the welfare of dogs and ensure all dogs are vaccinated, chipped and neutered prior adoption. We have a small number of dogs in our care in rented kennels and work tirelessly to find them loving, forever homes. All dogs receive any health checks and vet treatments if needed and we work on limited funds.

All our dogs are assessed so the right homes can be found, ensuring a bright future and a "good life" for many unloved and abandoned dogs.

As well as being committed to the welfare of the dogs in our care we also continue to move and help stray dogs from the pound into other reputable rescues throughout the UK. We work closely with the pounds and photograph the dogs every week so we are able to help, assess and move the dogs that have legally served their 7 days.
