More About Me...
BENNIE - VERY FRIENDLY LITTLE BRINDLE BEAUTY Bennie is a gorgeous little Brindle Staffy. Sadly he has come into our care as his owner could no longer care for him. He loves people and has been a little gem at the kennels. He loves to climb on your knee for a fuss and a cuddle. He adores his treats and having lots of fuss time, yet he is a little bewildered at suddenly finding himself homeless. We are very hopeful that this will not be for long as he is a real heart melter. Bennie is very small with large ears and a sweet personality. He has been very good with other dogs at the kennels and has found himself a girlfriend with Lucy who sadly is still waiting for a loving home. He is clearly feeling a little sorry for himself at losing his home but we have all paws and fingers crossed he will find a new start. Bennie will be fully vaccinated and castrated prior his adoption. THE HOME BENNIE NEEDS Bennie would suit an active home that have time for plenty of walks and play times. At two years old he has a long life in front of him and we ensure it will be a happy one. He has a great temperament and could possibly live with a nice natured female dog. We feel he would be best suited in a home where he wouldn't be left for long hours as he adores attention. Bennie walks brilliant on his lead, he doesn't pull at all and he has previously lived with young children. We would rehome Bennie in a family with older children. He can be giddy and very playful. A home where someone can spend time with Bennie and offer him some boundaries. He is very loving and adores a cuddle. Bennie is very sad in kennels. Kennels are no place for any dogs long term and younger dogs often struggle with isolation. Although he is walked every day Bennie needs company and lots of love. Contact us with information about the home you can offer this young Stafford. Good Life Dog Rescue is funded by our own employment and fundraising and we try very hard to help many dogs find a new start. Please consider adopting a dog from us. We actively help many stray dogs every week and we are passionate about the welfare of abandoned dogs in Yorkshire.
Adoption & Contact Info...

Good life Dog Rescue is a small rescue dedicated to helping abandoned and unwanted dogs facing an uncertain future at Stray Kennels.  We are committed to the welfare of dogs and ensure all dogs are vaccinated, chipped and neutered prior adoption. We have a small number of dogs in our care in rented kennels and work tirelessly to find them loving, forever homes. All dogs receive any health checks and vet treatments if needed and we work on limited funds.

All our dogs are assessed so the right homes can be found, ensuring a bright future and a "good life" for many unloved and abandoned dogs.

As well as being committed to the welfare of the dogs in our care we also continue to move and help stray dogs from the pound into other reputable rescues throughout the UK. We work closely with the pounds and photograph the dogs every week so we are able to help, assess and move the dogs that have legally served their 7 days.
